We are hiring a Quality Assurance Scientist for our GMP area of Quality Assurance Department.

The QA Scientist will be assigned the following responsibilities:

• Review and approve the documentation involved in the analytical activity of the company: CoA, protocols, reports, SOPs, product specifications.
• Auditing the analytical documentation issued by the operative area to ensure the compliance to the internal and external standards according to cGMP regulations.
• Participate in the QA Annual Program of self-inspections.
• Verify the conformity of quality controls established in the company’s processes.
• Participate in the evaluation of deviations, OOS/OOT, complaints, CAPA and Change Controls.
• Review of the Quality/Technical Agreements between the company and subcontractors, especially with regard to batch certification activities.
• Collaborate in audits carried out by our clients or subcontracted manufacturers and give support in the Inspections of regulatory authorities.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of the quality of the company and subcontractors.

We are looking for a Scientist for our Biologics Quality Control Department.

Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Scientist will be responsible for the following duties:

• The design, supervision and execution of quality control studies of Biological Products including chromatography and HPLC. At least 3 years of experience with these techniques is required.
• The management of the assigned projects keeping the deadlines and establishing a direct communication with the client
• Technical document management associated with the studies ( standard procedures, certificates of analysis, deviations, OOS’s, CAPA’s, etc.)
• The direction and supervision of the experimental work of the technical staff in charge.

The Job main missions will be:

• Design, develop, qualify and validate HPLC-UV analytical methods for compound determination in matrices (sample preparation, method set-up) coming from in vitro percutaneous absorption projects.
• Ensure coordination and good performance of laboratory technicians.
• Manage the projects directly with our clients.
• Knowledge of LC-MS/MS technique will be valuable.

Requisitos:

• Persona con aptitudes para trabajar en equipo.
• Experiencia con proyectos de potenciometría.
• Experiencia con técnicas analíticas como: HPLC, Cromatografía de Gases, etc.
• Formación de Grado Superior de Laboratorio de Análisis y Control de Calidad.
• Inglés nivel medio
• Se valorará la experiencia trabajando en entornos GMP y GLP.
• Experiencia de 1 año en funciones similares en la industria farmacéutica

Requirements:

• Person with teamwork skills.
• Experience with potentiometry projects.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as: HPLC, Gas Chromatography, etc.
• Higher Degree Training of Analysis and Quality Control Laboratory.
• English medium level.
• Experience working in GMP and GLP environments will be valued.
• 1-year experience in similar functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
